Therefore what you will find when creating your account is a platform that is easy to use, while having several levels of authentication. This is to ensure that those who do have access to the platform are serious users interested in closing deals.

Note that the user creating the account will be the party representing their company’s interest on the platform. Therefore the user should be someone with a relevant decision-making capacity.
This marks the first authentication process. Check your email for the email verification from PUTTRU.
Although unlikely, if you do not receive this email in a few minutes do check your junk folder.
Furthermore, note that the link may expire if not used within a short time. If this should happen, simply request for a new link.
Create an account for your company
This is the stage where you provide the minimum information to allow PUTTRU conduct a background check on your company.
In attaching your Company’s Logo the relevant file extension for the image is PNG or JPEG, and should not be more than 2MB. The same for all files that can be uploaded on the platform.
Note that, except where specified as ‘optional’, you are required to complete all sections of the form before you can proceed to the next page.
Ensure that the ‘Email’ information used for the Company Contact Information is different from what you used at the Sign Up stage.
Identify your role on the platform
The role you select here will determine what your user interface will look like when you do gain access to the platform.
The profile accounts that will allow you interact with your counterparty on the platform are different for different roles, i.e. for Opportunity, Surveyor and Catalyst. These accounts can only be created if you are given access to the platform. However, the role you select here will determine what your user interface will look like when you do gain access to the platform. It is impossible to change your role after you have gained access to the platform. To change your role you would have to create a new account from the start.
